Intro to Mindfulness

Make mindfulness part of everyday life.

Tune into this one hour webinar where Tiffany Roe, Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Founder of Mindful Counseling, teaches you the "why" and "how" of a relatable mindfulness practice. Learn simple and applicable ways to use mindfulness in your everyday life.

As part of this course you will be guided through simple mindfulness meditations so you actually start experiencing and practicing mindfulness as you listen!

We explore skills of observing, describing, participating, and practicing non-judgment as part of realistic mindfulness. We examine mindfulness of breath, body, thoughts, emotions, eating, daily behaviors, and how to navigate and manage mental health using mindfulness.

Tiffany provides a guided visualization of mindfully attending to emotions and bodily sensations without judgment or attachment. This visualization is described by students and clients as, "Amazing, magical, and the only thing that works." A written script guiding you through the exercise is included in the purchase of this course.

BONUS: Now includes an audio mp4 file for ease of listening while on-the-go!
